Help me please with Staybet, I don’t understand what support want from me for verification my account. I send him all requested documents, they check still 8 days.
They answer me 4.04.2017

The document needs to be something that has been sent to you by the issuing company. I suggest for example you request a paper bill from your phone company, this will reach you quite fast and it is usually enough for us to verify your address.

Today in live chat I ask operator about verification of my account. He answer that my bill of electricity don’t arranged them.
But my document has my name, adress and was send to me via post (postman put it in my postbox) as they requsted.

I ask operator why this doc don’t arranged him, he could not clearly answer me what exactly they want from me. I ask them to send me an example of that documents, that you want from me, because I really don’t understand you and It seems to me that you powder my brain.
I add chat with operator to this email

I need your help in this situation, they don’t want to hear me.
